Fix: Win 10 System Restore Fail 0x80070091

Step 1. Press Windows key + X and click Command prompt (Admin), and confirm UAC
Step 2. In the PowerShell command prompt PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> is visible, type the commands below.
Step 3. Close Command Prompt and reboot back into Windows 10.
Now you can try run System Restore and check if System Restore error 0x80070091 has fixed.
